First step is to stop the docker daemon

sudo systemctl stop docker
```
The second step is to change container config in

/var/lib/docker/containers/[container-id]/config.v2.json
```
(Suppose your original WIDTH is 1024 and HEIGHT is 768, you can search 1024 and replace it with the new value. Same for 768.)
The last step is to restart the docker daemon

sudo systemctl restart docker
```
